Family Fare, D&W, FOX17 and i understand are partnering together for the month of September for Family Meals Month and National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month to help us Stay Connected and Stay Strong through family meals. Sharing a meal as a family has emotional, mental and physical benefits.

Conversations had around the dinner table affect our overall well-being. It is important to recognize the mental/brain health benefits of doing so. When we have open-ended and meaningful conversations about feelings, situations, or problems, the time we spend together can result in emotionally strong families.
