While some people attempt to cope with their pain or grief by themselves and do not want or need outside assistance, many others seek and find comfort in sharing their pain, anger, anxiety or other emotions with a group of supportive individuals. Help is available. Consider attending one of the support groups listed below.

Life after a suicide loss is devastating, confusing and very misunderstood. Our hope is to provide compassion and understanding to something so difficult to understand.
The lived experience and a professional therapist provides a unique yet meaningful session to support you in your life after loss.
This is a free group and is held the third Wednesday of each month - 6:30pm - 8pm.
This meeting we will break into groups, child loss and spouse/family/friend.

This group is for teens/young adults who would like support navigating life after a suicide loss.
Join i understand for this teen/parent orientation to learn of i understand’s beliefs, the importance of the narratives used, and to find support from others who have been through similar experiences. We will be able to answer any questions you may have during this introduction to the support group. A participant sheet must signed by a parent if under the age of 18. We bring the lived experience and a trained therapist to each session for a unique support group experience. The loss support group will meet-the second Tuesday of each month.
