While some people attempt to cope with their pain or grief by themselves and do not want or need outside assistance, many others seek and find comfort in sharing their pain, anger, anxiety or other emotions with a group of supportive individuals. Help is available. Consider attending one of the support groups listed below.

Let’s navigate life after loss together.
i understand and Mosaic Counseling will help you navigate life after a suicide loss.

Life after a suicide loss is devastating, confusing and very misunderstood. Our hope is to provide compassion and understanding to something so difficult to understand.
The lived experience and a professional therapist provides a unique yet meaningful session to support you in your life after loss.
This is a free group and is held the third Wednesday of each month - 6:30pm - 8pm.
This meeting we will break into groups, child loss and spouse/family/friend.
